EYEBYME · THE DRONE

The best moment to stop
something is before it starts

One drone. A whole set of quiet abilities that work together towards a single goal: not to fight — to prevent. Here's everything it can do, and everything people ask about it.

Prevention is the whole point

Most security reacts — after the scare, after the grab, after the 112 call. EyeByMe is built the other way around. The moment a drone is above you, a potential attacker sees it too: the light, the camera, the awareness. That is usually where the story ends — before it ever began.

Everything below, the scanning, the recording, the alarm, the voice, exists to make that first moment happen. Prevention isn't a feature of the drone. It's the reason it exists.

What it can do

It scans

While it's above you, the drone continuously scans the area around you — streets, crossings, paths behind you — so nothing approaches unseen.

It follows

The drone stays with you the whole way, at a steady height, matching your pace whether you walk, jog or cycle.

It records

It can film and photograph what happens around you. Knowing that, most situations never become situations at all.

It warns early

Before anyone gets close, the drone notices and alerts — to you and to the person approaching. Distance is the best protection there is.

It sounds

When needed, it can send out a loud alarm that draws attention to you instantly and makes an attacker the most visible person on the street.

It speaks

The drone can talk — to you with calm guidance, and to someone approaching with a clear warning that they are on camera and help is one minute away.

It connects to professionals

A trained security operator — or police — can take over the drone directly in seconds, seeing what it sees and guiding the response while it stays above you.

It protects, as a last resort

In the rare case someone still gets too close, the drone can deploy a harmless protective spray to create distance. It's the final layer, not the first.

Made for the moments you know

Parents & children

In the park, a parent signs in a drone and it stays quietly above the children — a watchful eye while they play, until the parent says stop.

Joggers

Early morning or late evening runs, empty paths, headphones in. The drone follows you the whole route so you never run alone.

Business people

Late trains, unfamiliar cities, walks from the office to the car. The drone waits with you and takes you home.

Same drone, same button, different lives. Wherever feeling alone shouldn't be part of the plan, EyeByMe goes with you.

Drone Q&A

Can the drone really prevent something from happening?+

Yes — and that's its main job. A drone above you is visible, audible and clearly recording. For someone considering following you or getting too close, that alone removes the situation they were counting on: secrecy. The alarm sounds and spoken warnings reinforce it before anyone is within reach. The vast majority of incidents never get that far.

What does it see, and does it film people?+

While your protection is active, the drone scans the area around you and can video and photograph what happens there — that's what makes it a deterrent, and it's what protects you if anything does occur. Footage is encrypted, belongs to you, and is shared only with emergency services or police on request or by law. No facial recognition, ever.

How does it alert me before someone comes close?+

The drone watches the space around you — not just the path ahead. If someone approaches in a way that needs attention, it warns you early, while there's still plenty of distance and plenty of options. You'll never be surprised by footsteps behind you.

Can it make noise?+

Yes. The drone can send out a loud alarm sound that instantly draws the attention of the whole street to you — and to whoever made you press that button. Attention is something no attacker wants.

Can it talk?+

It can. To you it speaks calmly — guidance, reassurance, what's happening. To someone approaching it speaks firmly: that they're on camera, that a security operator is watching, that help is already on the way. Often, one sentence from above is all it takes.

Can the police or a security operator take over the drone?+

Directly, yes. A trained security operator at EyeByMe — or the police — can take over the drone in seconds: see exactly what it sees, speak through it, and steer the response while it stays above you. You're never handling a stressful situation alone.

What if someone still gets too close?+

As a last resort, the drone can deploy a harmless protective spray that creates distance and marks the moment — long before hands can reach you. It's the final layer of a system designed so that layer almost never gets used. The goal is always that the deterrent does the work first.

And if someone does hurt you and leaves — a second drone follows them so emergency services arrive with a live position. Read If Something Happens.

Can parents use it to watch over children?+

Yes. A parent signs in a drone in the park and it stays quietly above the children while they play — scanning the surroundings, present without hovering over the fun, and back to its station the moment the parent ends the session. The same goes for joggers, cyclists, dog walkers and anyone else who'd like company from above.

Is this surveillance?+

No. The drone doesn't watch the city — it watches over you, only while your protection is active, and only what happens around you. When your journey ends, it returns to its station and stops seeing. It's closer to a streetlight that follows you than a camera that never blinks.

Is EyeByMe an emergency service?+

We're not a replacement for police or medical care — but you'll never have to wonder who to call. While a drone is above you, our operators are live-connected to 112, so emergency services are on the line in seconds, already knowing where you are. EyeByMe is the calm layer above.
