The next layer
of the city

EyeByMe turns personal security into something you sign in when you need it — like a shared bike, except the thing you unlock is the feeling of being watched over. Here's the technology, the market, and the round.

SLIDE 01

The gap we close

Between "I'm fine" and "call an ambulance" there is a vast, empty space — the walk home. Millions of people make it every night, and a large share of them would feel better with someone above them. Not a bodyguard. Not a patrol. Just presence.

Existing products don't touch this space: panic apps are reactive, CCTV is retrospective, and private security is priced for companies, not people. The night walk is the largest unaddressed moment in personal safety.

Every night

Urban residents walk home alone after venues, stations and shifts close.

1 decision

One dark street is enough to change how people plan their entire evening.

Zero products

No consumer service today provides presence on the walk home itself.

SLIDE 02

The product: security as a service

Our mental model is deliberately borrowed: shared bikes changed how cities move by putting transport on the corner instead of in the garage. EyeByMe does the same for security.

Find a station → sign in an available drone → press PROTECT ME → the drone accompanies your journey → you arrive → the drone returns to its station. The user never owns, charges or operates anything. One drone serves many people per night — that's the utilisation engine of the whole business.

SLIDE 03

The technology

Four systems make the journey feel effortless and — above all — calm:

Autonomy stack

Onboard perception keeps the drone above and slightly behind the walker, holding a reassuring distance without instructions. It follows the person, not a pre-planned route, and hands off cleanly if the journey changes.

Station network

Compact docking stations at venues, transit hubs and residential edges handle charging, availability and check-in. Placement is data-driven: stations go where journeys actually start.

Fleet orchestration

Software balances the fleet across the night — predicting demand from events, last trains and weather, routing empty drones to stations before they're needed, and scheduling maintenance.

AI journey intelligence

Before you even leave, our AI route check flags practical concerns and suggests precautions for your planned route — general guidance today, live station-aware routing as the network grows.

All flights operate under European drone regulations, with defined routes, automatic station returns, and human operators overseeing every active journey.

SLIDE 04

The market

We sit at the intersection of two proven markets: urban mobility-as-a-service and consumer safety technology. Both are large; neither has been combined.

Hundreds of $B

Europe's night-time economy — venues, transit, hospitality, night shifts — generates enormous nightly movement.

Double-digit CAGR

Consumer personal-safety technology is a fast-growing, recurring-revenue category.

Beachhead: NL

Dense, bike-sharing-native, regulation-mature Dutch cities are the ideal first network.

Our wedge is the individual night walk: a single, emotional, repeatable use case. From there the same network serves venues, events, universities and employers who want to bring their people home safely.

SLIDE 05

How we make money

Three revenue streams on one fleet:

Pay per journey

A small fee per protected journey, priced like a short ride home. The entry point for occasional nights out.

Subscriptions

A monthly plan with unlimited protection for people who make this walk several times a week. Our target for the majority of revenue at scale.

Partnerships

Venues, transit operators, event organisers and employers sponsor stations or buy journeys for their customers, passengers and staff.

SLIDE 06

The round

We're raising our seed round to take EyeByMe from a proven concept to its first live city network: certified hardware, the station rollout, and the operational team that makes every flight boring — which, for a safety service, is the highest compliment there is.
